Ol’ Patriot Supply Co. – Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
We offer standard shipping within the United States. Shipping times typically range from 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping:
Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy:
All pre-orders will ship within 30–60 days of purchase. If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order within that time frame, you will be entitled to a full refund upon request.
We will provide tracking information as soon as your pre-order has shipped.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions:
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at olpatriotbeardco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
